"My stay was comfortable and easy while moving my son into his dorm."

Close location to the university. The AC was great the whole stay. The frig was cold upon arrival.

"Will not refund for fleas"

If they revise their decision, I will update my review. we woke up to fleas in our room and notified the front desk upon checkout. The desk attendant assured us that we could expect a full refund, however, after contacting management, we were informed that there was no cause for a refund

liked there was a heated pool. no workout room. no bench, chair or table to sit outside. breakfast was a lot of carbs. coffee was good. the bathroom sink was nasty. there was a hole in rug, nailpolish on desk, burnmark in my sheets. beds were comfortable. water felt like u couldn’t get soap off but shower was hot. great location. close to campus & downtown. had a nice fridge, microwave & single cup coffee pot in room.
