The convivence on how close it was to IU

The mattress needed to be softer & 4 pillows instead of 3 would of been helpful.

It was a inexpensive hotel. It was an OK stay. Breakfast was available.

The first room they put us in the toilette did not work (tank was almost empty of any water), so it would not flush. They moved us to another room. I had to use my pocketknife to pull the drain plug in the sink up, so it would drain. Half the plugs in the room did not seem to work, especially the plugs on the lamps. It was tough to charge our phones. Biscuits and gravy was cold in the morning. Not a ton of variety at breakfast.

Clean quiet and freindly and a really good price for the area.

Pool is closed permanently

I booked an appointment online said it had pool and it didn’t so I tried to get a refund at front desk, guy was extremely rude kept refusing to give me a refund told me to show him the proof of the hotel having a pool and a hotel and he said the “overhead doesn’t matter”. I had to pay a 200 dollar underage fee because I’m 18. He still kept saying no to the refund so I told him I was gonna have to call the police and he ended up giving me my money back by the end of it all but overall was a very bad experience I walked out of there sobbing and being made to feel stupid. The guy was not nice at all. I tried to be as nice as I could I was apologizing so much cause I felt so bad for even asking for a refund because I hate coming in conflict with people but this place does not have the right things I wanted. But moral of the story the guy was really rude and this on tonight on the 14th of March.
