Very pleasant hotel with truly friendly and helpful staff. They assisted us with every request, explained how to get to the main attractions, and even helped me pay for parking since I didn’t have an American phone number and couldn’t receive the SMS confirmation codes — apparently a common issue with parking payments in the US. The location is also perfect: very close to the city’s main bus station and within walking distance of the Washington Mall, which made getting around and exploring the city extremely convenient.

The only disappointing part was the breakfast. Although it was included and we were not relying on it too much, the quality was far below expectations. Even the standard American coffee in the morning was not good and unfortunately affected the overall impression of the breakfast. Most of the food felt overcooked, the selection was quite limited, and honestly the yogurt was probably the only thing we really enjoyed.

Staff was very friendly

Please provide better parking signs. That was a nightmare.
