Chuveiro, barulho do trem na estação e a localização, longe dos atrativos mais importantes.

It was close to the areas we wanted to visit. The breakfast was descent and the sitting area. Staff was helpful and friendly

It was located right close to the busy street. They charged $45 a night for parking separate from hotel cost. The space getting in and out of the property is a close space. The bed was not comfortable.

The location was good and the reception was really nice. Breakfast was good enough for starting the day.

The housekeeping was really poor. We got housekeeping just once during our stay. The didn’t fill the shower gel which it was empty. They didn’t replace soap and we had just one tiny soap for 5 days. The duvet had some stains and it didn’t have cover which it should have to change for different guests.

Hotel was great, comfortable, easy to find, close by to everything we wanted to do during our stay. Also, in the middle of union market district so plenty of diversity for dining options, just walking distance.

Didn’t know we would have to pay for parking in the parking garage during our stay. Would have been good to know beforehand.
