Location and rooms were clean

Roach falling from ceiling while in shower, fridge froze all my food with temp only being at 2. Their website refused to let me enter my member number doing online checkin so I wasn't able to claim my free night. Breakfast was 3 options, muffins, toast, or waffles. Went to make a waffle and the mixture came out looking like it was left from a few days prior.
