The room was great value for the price. It was clean and the bed was especially comfortable. It was great to have a fridge in the room, too!

Upon check-in, we were asked if we had a car, since the hotel charges for parking (and takes down the license plate numbers of the cars of guests). Despite not having a car, I was still charged for parking. However, I didn't realize until after we left the hotel because the receipt was sent to me via email, rather than printed out. The staff fixed the issue as soon as I called, but it was frustrating, especially when I had already told them I didn't have a vehicle.
