Couldn’t get money back after finding new hotel while on vacation

The room was quite clean, but there was an odd smell, not nice. And the entrance & stairwell had the smell of vomite. The breakfast was okay, but no milk for coffee only fake creamer. The girl was very nice & helpful. The check-in was Very Impersonal using a kiosk--didn't like that. Was not a terrible experience, but not pleasant, tolerable.

Nothing. Foul odors throughout the whole building stains on the blanket, we was up for a funeral, and I had a couple of drinks checked in. I pointed out the stains. He told me he would give me my money back and refund me. Cause if I'm not happy with this room, I won't be happy with any of the other rooms.Just a real prick then , during checkout the lady claims there's chocolate stains or something in the bed and we were not getting a 100 deposit back real janky place and don't suggest anybody's staying there

It could had been an ok experience however you charged me a 100 dollar deposit and still haven't paid it back . I've called many times to both customer care line to independence den e then wyndymn and they shuffle me back and forth its come do we n to where its actually crimi al you stole my hundred buck and its called theft thru deceit the desk associate look me in the high and boldfaced lied o yeah u get ur money back thats another lie just be honest and admit your frauding me I wonder how many ppl give up and how many didn't never claim cause they forgot someone's made a stack of cash I bet. So if your reading pay me my money stop crooking on me that 100 bucks is valuable for us peasants there wealth they could afford it but its never enuff

They whole experience cedar was shadowed bu the incident terrible experience i wouldnt recommend it

Area around the hotel has deteriorated. Deposit charge was not immediately credited to my account. Credit card company has verified that it is in process.

The room was very clean I appreciated that very much. The bed was comfortable and pillows fluffy. It had everything we needed for a last minute stay in town at a pretty good price.
