Super 8 by Wyndham Burlington

We stayed 5 days and never had any kind of service. No trash removal, no fresh towels or additional toilet paper.

The room was decent sized. Staff were friendly, but they struggled with the English language.

The room could have been cleaner. A warm breakfast would be nice.

Breakfast area on minimal side. Not much offered besides waffles, a couple bagels, couple muffins, bananas. Both containers of cereal were empty. Needless to say we went out for breakfast after checking out the next morning.

The price was great and staff were very nice. They are remodeling rooms and although the bed and room were clean I would touch the couch in our room. They either need to clean the cushions or take it out as the leftover spots made the whole place feel dirty.

Place had bed bugs. Loud people yelling screaming stomping dogs barking. I was on first floor and my windows did not lock. The bathroom had mold. The smell or cigarettes and marijuana all through the place

Location

Room was not ready at check in. We arrived 3:30-4pm. The entrance by our room was blocked by people sitting and grilling out. Trash and food scraps scattered all around. The handicap parking spaces were all used by vehicles without handicap plates. We pre checked on line requesting handicap access, I had an injury and have issues climbing steps. They put us on second floor no elevator. The room is in process of remodel. Cabinets and tables are blocking hallways. Windows won’t shut completely, outlets exposed, burn holes in comforters. Our reservation stated that a fee of $20/ night for pet fee, they tried to charge us $30/night. The breakfast was only waffle cold cereal stale bagels and toast. No protein.
