room 120 had a real musty odor, the fabric chair was stained,i would in the bathroom the door stopper is completely falling apart. The fitness center is used for storage and unable to use it. The railing going from the main lobby to the 1st floor rooms one of the support brackets is broken on the corner. On a good note the check in was fast and professional. Also minus the stained chair and the odor the cleaning crew is doing a good job. I also understand this is a budget hotel and i dont expect everything to be perfect but no one should stay in a room with a musty odor.

The dinning room was dirty and dusty, with the chairs up in the table… it was bad.. and the room clean service bad too.

"Boone Iowa Super 8"

Stay was generally okay. Rear access door was supposed to be card access only but it never locked. Large outside garbage cans were full to overflowing. Office staff were helpful but didn't seem to care about maintenance issues.

Overall stay was ok. Room aged but comfortable. Staff very pleasant. Biggest issue was toilet seemed to run all night. I eventually shut off water so I could sleep
