"Disappointing - won't return"

The bathroom was not very clean. The shower didn't drain. I had requested 2 beds in the 4 rooms I reserved but was given 4 rooms with one bed.

Desk employee was annoying. Wouldn’t stop talking when I had just gotten up; even followed me down the hallway blabbering away. She was nice but either she was lonely or that was her personality. Some people just love to hear themselves talk!
