AmeriVu Inn and Suites Shawano WI

The breakfast was good, Location was excellent to where we had to be during our stay. The beds were very comfortable! The room and bathroom were clean and well stocked.

When we first got there to check-in, there was no staff readily available to do so. There was a phone at the front desk to call someone, but no one answered. After about 15-20 minutes someone on the cleaning crew came out and went to find someone. Since both of us are older, the toilets are way too short for either of us, and the grab handles are in the most unavailable spot. Who puts a grab handle BEHIND the toilet? If it were put for the shower, it would have been equally convenient to place it on the other end of the tub, and could be reached for shower and also the toilet

Outdated hotel in general. Needs a total renovation. Dirty couch on the second floor needs to be thrown out. In our room the toilet seat was broken and the stopper in the tub was stuck closed.

checkin was awesome person at desk was very helpful The room was on the 1st floor, not far away. It was clean although I noticed a musty smell. Bed was comfortable although when you moved on it, it made a strange tin-like noise. EXTREMELY noisy while trying to sleep, people talkin very loud- we could hear chatter most all night long. Someone had their TV on all night long also. Just very hard to sleep because of all the noise. Breakfast was just OK Pepole working at breakfast bar was very friendly and kept it clean and filled

The common areas are clean. People are friendly.

Room, bed, pillows and air conditioning/ heater was all dirty and stunk terribly. Only stayed 3 hours the smell was overwhelming. There was molded pizza in the microwave.

Clean facility, easy parking and good room.

Just an all round great place.

This is the place i stay at when i come to Shawano. It's located in a good location and yet a quiet location too. My only complaint was that the room was a little musty and felt damp

Easy access and very good price

The front desks person was very nice. When we got into the room the main light did not work. Only the bathroom and one little light worked. There was a stinky smell in the room as well. The bed was comfortable but made a noise in a bar under the bed when turning in bed. Then the next day the bathroom light went out. We also had to kill a bee in the bathroom and there was a dead one in there as well.
