Parking lot was full of cigarette butts and areas of trash. Must be waiting for the snowplow to remove them. Room 223 had a huge cobweb in the window, blood on the shower curtain and hair on the wall. TV kept pausing now and then, Sam said there was nothing she could do about it,,,,,,,,really???? Just put up with it. Front desk is rarely staffed and all seem to be annnoyed when you bother them. Same breakfast the two days I was there.

Staff friendly and always available. Location..easy to get to many restaurants and casinos

We checked in an hour past 3 and there were no first floor rooms available..with no elevator hard for person with issues..they were booked so I understand..

Location, friendly and helpful staff and cleanliness...plus good breakfast!!

Noisy upstairs neighbor, my fault for not calling about them. TV had spotty reception....

There was a smell in our hotel room and the toliets very loud when flushing.

The hallways have a order and the furniture was stained.

Booked a queen “suite” for 3. “Futon” was hard vinyl. No bedding for the futon in the room. Went to the front desk and was initially given 1 sheet, a blanket and pillows. Request for a mattress pad was denied. Request for a bottom sheet was debated. Queen bed was hard as a kitchen countertop. Husband elected to sleep in the car. Rated a 2 vs 1 as the property was relatively clean.

Convenient location. Comfortable bed. Noisy. Saturday evening with car racing nearby. Did NOT like the damage deposit they put on, and have to wait 5 business days to get back. No excuse for that. Will not be using this facility again, if I have any choice at all. Poor breakfast, also.
