Super 8 by Wyndham Storm Lake

When I checked in, the internet was down, and continued to be down for the next 72 hours. Most importantly tho, when I entered my assigned room, it was already assigned and occupied by another customer. That was incredibly awkward and embarrassing as I excused myself. It took another 45 minutes for me to be assigned to my room. I would have liked for the property to have had an elevator and workout room, but I realized that when I booked it.

Dylan at the front desk was great and very helpful. He really takes his job serious and can keep a smile on your face and his. Good size room and clean. I will be coming back. Checks all my boxes.!!! I checked through the whole room and bathroom and not a speck of dust or dirt.

This was a great hotel. It was very clean and as a solo traveler I felt very safe. The workers were very friendly as well.

Very clean. Incredibly nice staff. When in town, this is a worthwhile spot to look into. Beds were clean. Bathrooms were sparkling. The food options around the hotel are convenient as well. You have a pharmacy and a safe town to go along with it. The walls are not thin so it's quiet when in the room.

What we expected and the bed was extremely comfortable. After I asked about in room coffee, they brought a coffee maker to me. ***

Dillon, at the front desk, helped me check in with no complications and really made this unplanned business trip booking low-stress. He was accommodating and friendly and went over the top in making sure we were well cared for. Because of his hospitality and room quality, we booked for 2 additional nights, multiple rooms. This is my go-to spot when in Storm Lake!

No hot water for shower

Staff was friendly, room was clean, bed and pillows comfortable.

The other people staying who slam doors and are noisy at 6am.

Nice job of the property makeover. Pleasant stay.

I'd like to publicly thank Dylan for his willingness to be more than just another person behind a desk. I travel a lot for my business and meet a lot of people In the hospitality industries. Most are just going through the motions waiting to clock out. Dylan is is not that kind of person. He truly enjoys his job and makes you feel like the only 1 here. Thank you Dylan!
