Very old one ... Need to be renovated..

Hotel should be shut down.

The parking lot was under construction so access was slightly awkward but on the whole it is a simple, functional and fairly priced option for Pella.

Nothing I wasn't in the mood to look for another room somewhere else!

The room was a sauna when we got there. the ac had to be turned on. What is the point of asking what time we are checking if your not going to turn the ac on? Next the flooring was improperly installed and was a trip Hazzard when walking to the bathroom in the dark. There were many trip Hazzard. And last the hair dryer didn't work.

The value and cleanliness.

The outside of the building does need improvement but was being actively worked on while we were there

Room was very clean

The hotel did the job. It's not a luxurious hotel by any means. There is construction at the front entrance and there was no sign to show where to go for an alternate entrance. The police were there when we arrived and the front desk attendant made it seem like a common occurrence so I was concerned at first. But the stay turned out adequate. The staff helped fix the TV and they were friendly enough. The price is good and the location is very close to all of the attractions.
