"Exceptional"

I've only been to two Super 8s so far and for a first experience at this one, it was very nice. Staff were polite and friendly, room was clean, and the halls/common areas were also very clean and nice too look at.

"What went right??"

The stay was terrible, there were people running up and down the hallways all night long, blasting music, and the front desk did nothing. Then, the next morning while I was getting my subpar breakfast, I was called over by the front desk and was asked illegal questions about my service animal. When I told them it was not legal for them to ask these things, I was forced to pay a pet fee even though service animals are exempt. Additionally, the A/C would continuously stop working and wouldn't turn back on unless we unplugged and plugged it back in. To top it all off, we noticed a smell in the room. Upon investigation, we found a 10mm socket stuffed with burnt marijuana under the bed. This whole experience ruined Super 8 for me and my partner.
