"Old moldy smell in rooms."

The young lady was super nice at the check in.

The first room we were put in had dirty sheets and smelled moldy and gross. She tried to give us another room when I told her. The next room had an old moldy smell also . I asked for my money back so we could leave and she said she couldn't since I bought it online through this site.
