Good location, better price than others. The Hall way need more light! Good over all.

Need more light in Hallway for security.

Nothing.

The staff were always on their phone and not wanting to welcome guests. The “hot breakfast” were just a bagel or muffin. And the mattress, can we talk about that? It’s designed for a temporary solution such as futon bed or something because the depth of the mattress is merely just few inches. The internet sucks. I can’t do anything on my laptop. And the shower, oh my, there’s grit and grime everywhere.

To much noise we had 1st floor rooms and you could here everything. Was not quite

I booked a nonsmoking room for my family and me, but when we arrived, the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. The rooms smelled bad and were dirty. I informed her that I wanted to cancel my reservation since we couldn’t stay in such unpleasant conditions. It was quite frustrating, and she was making it difficult for me to return the rooms.
