Room was not properly clean, bathroom sink had water build up, carpet didn’t seemed to be vacuumed.

It looked clean at first. The staff was nice until I was woke up out of my sleep at 5 something in the morning of something crawling on me!!

It was a cockroach crawling on me in bed!! I had to use my cellphone to contact the main desk because the room phone wasn't working. I called to let the front desk know of my findings he stated that management won't be in until after 0730 am today. I stated I might not be here as I'm headed out early because my train comes at 0840. He stated are you coming back I'm sure they can give you a discount. I will not be back here I don't want roaches in my belongings or crawling on me

ceiling dirty, lamp had ketchup on it, downspout in tub so loose it felt it was going to fall out. pool looked like something out of a scary movie.

This facility is not accessible for persons with mobility issues. There is no elevator and all the rooms are either down a set of stairs or up one or two flights of stairs. I booked 2 nights without knowing about accessibility until I arrived. They had me in a room on the 3rd floor but moved me to the 2nd floor when pressed with my difficulty climbing stairs. As I struggled with the stairs and luggage in plain view of the desk attendant, there were no offers of assistance. The stairs to the 2nd floor did not have a handrail on the wall side but did have a difficult to grip slick wooden banister on the left side. The rooms had been renovated, however in the bathroom I discovered a 1 inch diameter hole in the tub/shower surround and the newer tile floor had not been grouted. I cut my finger on the sharp points of tile adhesive sticking up in between the tiles when trying to retrieve an item dropped on the floor. I checked out after the first night yet was charged for both nights. No other Wyndham Hotel has ever charged me for unused nights if it was necessary to leave early. Also the breakfast consisted of cold cereal, instant oatmeal, or waffles, toast , and 2 choices of juice... hardly up to Wyndham standards.

How clean it was and it smelled real good

It was excellent. I didn't see anything I didn't like
