Hotel Villa Murano

It was a well kept cute hotel , several pools, areas next to the beach for sitting under a palapa, pretty much had miles of beach to yourself. Right next door to the sea turtle sanctuary, which would make it a perfect spot when they are releasing a new crop of baby sea turtles.The restaurant was very good, all the service was excellent

It was pretty far off the beaten track, Too far to conveniently walk to the main area with restaurants on the beach, shops, etc. The front desk called me a moto Taxi it was only 20 pesos. Lacked good supply of hot water for the shower. My room was too close to the emergency generator, we had a power outage and the generator started up, sounding like I had a refrigerated tractor trailer truck parked outside my roo.

El hotel no está mal, pero el servicio no es bueno, la gente no es amable y el restaurante la verdad no está bien. La propiedad está algo retirada

Están muy descuidadas las habitaciones, el baño estaba sucio con moho. La alberca bien y la comida rica

Siempre la pasamos muy a gusto en Villa Murano. El personal es muy amable y las instalaciones, limpias. Los meseros te atienden rápido y con buena actitud - Fermin es nuestro favorito. En esta ocasión no dormimos tan bien debido a un evento de motos al lado, pero eso no es culpa del hotel. Gracias por todo
