The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It took 2 days for management to fix the tv.

Easy to find, clean and comfortable

Hotel seemed very run down. Bathroom door wouldn’t close because the humidity in the room swelled the door. The beds were comfy though.

Staff was kind

Carpet was sticky, the toilet constantly ran, and there was an off smell in the room.

Upon entering the room, there was an odor that I had to turn the air conditioner on to get rid of. The door to the room was warped so you had to push it to get it to close and when trying to engage the lock you had to push on the closed door to get it to line up with the hole in the wall so it would lock. The bath towels looked like they'd been used for the past 30 years. The fan in the bathroom ran but it did nothing to stop the mirror from steaming up during a shower. When you flushed the toilet, there was a continuous whine until the tank filled. The smoke detector started beeping saying the battery was low and had to be replaced. I could not get the TV to work. I always thought that Wyndham was a good brand but this experience has soured me on the brand. I would be embarrassed to include this hotel in the Wyndham family.

The staff at this hotel were very kind and accommodating, which I truly appreciated. They were friendly from the moment we arrived, and it’s clear they’re doing their best to provide good service. Unfortunately, the condition of the room itself was quite disappointing. The room felt outdated and poorly maintained. There were visible holes in the walls, paint was chipping in several areas, and we noticed cigarette burns on some of the furniture and surfaces. It gave the room a worn and neglected feel. There was dust on most surfaces, the phone was dirty to the point that we didn’t even want to touch it, and the arms of the chair were visibly grimy. The overall lack of cleanliness made us uncomfortable — we didn’t feel at ease walking barefoot on the floor or using the shower. Breakfast was basic but appreciated: cereal, bread with a toaster to make toast or waffles, along with juice and coffee. Nothing fancy, but enough to grab a quick bite in the morning. While the friendly staff made a positive impression, the condition and cleanliness of the room really need serious attention. With some deep cleaning and maintenance, this place could offer a much better stay.

30 year old smoking room turned into a non-smoking room...leaking ceiling in the bathroom was going on all night (drip, drip...)...I could go on...
