Friendly staff, fair rates, allow pets to stay, Good water pressure and plenty of hot water, having a fridge and microwave in each room.

Only somewhat clean (rooms need a deep clean), need more hooks/places to hang bags in the rooms, rooms are quite dated. Needs more easily accessible outlets in the rooms.

Good location and fast friendly staff

Room and hallway smelled. Bed was worn out and had a giant hole/low spot in it. Pillows were all lumps. Way too many work trucks with trailers blocking parking and fire lanes. Cable tv was out half the time. Made for a great stay of the evening.

No breakfast

The room was noisy from the room upstairs. The shower and tub had hair and mold in it. The room is not soundproof. The people upstairs above carried on all night. Floor creaking, furniture moving. Footsteps running back and forth most of the night. I want my money back. The staff apologized and said they would refund it through u.

The non-smoking room smelled of old cigarettes. We had to get them to come fix the tv. The hallway smelled like a gym.

Location was the main reason we stayed there and that they are pet friendly.

Booking said that they were pet friendly and we stated that We were traveling with a pet when we booked. When we checked in they added a $35 fee for our dog.
