Travelodge by Wyndham Jefferson City

This hotel was located directly off the highway and had easy access back to the highway. No other comments to be made to satisfy this question.

The entryway into the room was dark (no lighting) unless the bathroom light was turned on to provide illumination. Only 1 trash can at the front entrance and it was overfilled with trash. No trash can at the back entrance. Cigarette butts laying on the ground outside the entrances as no smoking receptacle was present. Articles of clothing and clothing laying in the parking lot. Only one bar of soap provided as well as just a half roll of toilet paper and no replacement roll. No coffee maker. Bed seemed cheap. At check in the front desk staff requested I repeat processes that had already been competed with online check in. Staff did not have name tags no were dressed in any hotel identifying clothing.

The beds were old, very squeaky, had a drunk person banging on our door at 1 in the morning, phones did not work to call the front desk, the guy did this for almost an hour, before someone would come and get him away from our room and interrupting our sleep when needed tp ne up early

No breakfast, needs remodeling and window does not seal properly so wind caused a loud whistling noise from 8 pm until about 11 pm while I was trying to sleep.

Didn’t have a place to hang clothes. No plastic or glass to get a drink of water to take my medication.

The guy at the desk super nice very helpful.

There was cockroaches in the bathtub crawling It was not clean

Location was good for everything I needed to do. The staff was very helpful and excellent .

The bed was terrible, very uncomfortable and the tv selection (Direct TV) was sad.
