Pet friendly and grassy areas behind the property for fido to potty. Pleasant staff.

AC filter extremely dirty. Continental breakfast only consists of bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, and small fruit cups. Small apple and cranberry juice cups.

The location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They had good parking, and very dark curtains.

The carpet was very stained. The bathtub was either dirty or had a really bad repair job done on it. The coffee was awful - like colored water.

The breakfast was subpar at best, not even a breakfast. The water for the showers was luke warm, you could hardly take a shower. It was horrible.

The bed was comfortable

The tub had an ugly yellow-brown patch. The fridge did not work. They had cereal for breakfast but no milk. Even for a budget hotel it was not great.

We are old, we like soft top beds. Your bed was very firm.

The key card didn't work, had to have it reprogrammed multiple times. The last clerk stated that the batteries were supposed to be replaced and weren't.

Location

Bath tub tap broke when I turned it on. Front desk lady said I turned it too far. Shower head was terrible. Toilet bowl was stained. Breakfast food like bagels and bread were wrapped in plastic wrap and still dry. Hotel is very run down. We could hear people in the next room talking. Shouldn’t have been put in a room close to people since the hotel only had 2 rooms booked.
