No food options, terrible service, room was dirty bugs everywhere, hotel in general just stinker and was dirty, our room was supposed to have a fridge we to the clerk and he said he’d get it and we never got it, bathroom was sketchy stained substance in tub that looked like blood, didn’t feel safe at anytime. Due to us not having a fridge it ruined my insulin pins and now I have to buy new ones

The staff was very helpful and friendly, bed was comfortable but there was no mattress cover just a sheet on top of mattress, laundry facilities were handy and worked great, the big down side is the strong dog urine smell in the hallway.

When we first got to our room the TV wasn't working and when I went into the bathroom there was a dirty used bar of soap on the side of the bathtub. I went and told the front desk about it and they said they would get housekeeping to take care of it. There was no blanket on the bed just a duvet cover which was very thin and my husband and I fought all night over it. We paid $150 for the room which was not a very good deal at all. We were put on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. We came for the state fair. We really didn't have that great of a experience at all and will not be staying there again.

"Needs upgrade"

Room was in very poor shape. Bathroom door had hole in it. Shower in bad shape. Door lock was gone. Corners on drywall chipped. Really needs remodeled. This was room I'd expect to pay 60.00 a night not 150.00

Bed was comfortable, bathroom was absolutely filthy there was urine around the toilet, there was a huge puddle of water of the floor from the ac unit leaking, floors were not cleaned. Walls were at one time tan and they had patched and repaired with white paint the room looked like it had spots.

Room door was open when we 1st got there after checking in .Rooms were very unclean. Urine on walls on toilet, stains on bed sheets , hair in the bed. Said we had four guest staying and only provided 2 towels.
