Super 8 by Wyndham Bridgeview of Mackinaw City

The location was very nice right across from the bridge

Only 2 jets worked in hottub, bed was very hard and could feel all the grooves in the mattress, walls are thin heard everything kids running and jumping coyld even hear parts of communication going on, our hottub in our room was not very clean and faucet didnt work well, bugs were awful in the halls and entry door, was not worth the money I would not rate above 3

Location was great! Short 3 block walk to downtown. The two room suites were spacious (2 queen beds with pullout sofa and full bathroom with a king size bed and an additional full bathroom). Plenty for our party of 5 to comfortably move around.

The entire property needed updating in the worst way. We stayed in a two room suite with two full bathrooms (room 202). The beds were uncomfortable. The pillows were flat. The bathrooms were moldy, cracked and dirty as if they hadn’t been cleaned in years. There was water damage on the ceilings so there were many stained areas on the ceiling. Housekeeping did a terrible job prepping the room for us because when we walked in, we must have killed at least 5 spiders and cleaned up a bunch of webs. The toilets were not flushed and there was toilet paper still floating around in the bowls. The lights in the 2 queen room were broken because it kept turning on and off throughout the night so we just unplugged it the second night. The walls are super thin as we could hear all of our neighbors and their TVs and their showers. The parking lot was small and hard to maneuver our truck around. The two free water parks that were included were disgusting and run down. The staff who checked us in the first night was great but the second night staff was awful. I tried to ask questions and they kept saying ‘what!?!’ ‘What?!?’ I repeated myself numerous times but all she cared about was listening to her co-workers gossip.

The room was great ,clean and comfortable . We could have asked for more .

The location is convenient for visiting downtown and has a wonderful view of the bridge. The lake was right across the street and and a nice walking area.

Everything was great! The manager was awesome! Enjoyed every minute of our stay!
