Super 8 by Wyndham Marshall

This hotel was very dirty and poorly maintained. The air conditioning unit was broken and made a very loud noise every time it turned on. The shower head and bathtub spout leaked and sprayed water everywhere except where it needed to. The lobby was dirty, cluttered, unvacuumed and dusty. The breakfast consisted of weeks old brown apples and one granola bar. I would not recommend this hotel.

Staff was friendly. Property is old, musty and poorly maintained. Beds are comfortable and shower was decent…until a literal COCKROACH crawled out a broken conduit. Hotel is in a great location but definitely needs a deep clean and updates.

Roaches in bathroom. Mold around carpet. Air conditioner barely worked. Towels were horrible and limited. Poor bedding and uncomfortable mattresses. Staff was rude.

Worst place I have ever stayed at. Was very dirty and didn't stay the second night although I was booked for a second night. Would not recommend it even if the price is right. Try somewhere else in Marshall as there has to be better places to stay.

Ive stayed at other super 8 and nothing compared to this one. They didn't have any manners, person on the window rude, no breakfast, is not that clean like other super 8. The management on this super 8 is horrible.

I mistakenly booked a smoking room online. The front desk clerk was very nice, allowing me to see the room before I stayed. (It was too late in the day to cancel staying in the smoking room, anyhow.) It was clearly my mistake. The motel was quiet. The room did smell like smoke, obviously. There were holes in the blankets. Both the towels and sheets looked worn. Both the bathroom and room looked dated, like it hadn't been remodeled since the 90's. The AC did keep the room cool on a very hot summer night. The shower was lukewarm, would not get any warmer regardless of how much the dial was placed near the hot side. I think I saw a bug crawl on the floor, although I never actually saw it. The room is very dated, but it was a nice place to stay on a trip west.

Convenient but could use alot of updates. The pillows was stained so new bedding and towels would be good also. And the carpet needs to be replaced.

I came here with my buddies for the hunting trip last year. The location was very convenient and I just needed a place which was quiet since we had to wake up early in the morning and go for hunting. We had a good night sleep. I come here every year and haven’t been disappointed.

I was skeptical at first but I enjoyed my stay. Rooms were clean and the service was amazing. They also have laundry on site and Walmart and plenty of restaurants in walking distance which made it all the more easier. It is perfect for long stay. I stayed for a week and was happy.
