"Great place to stay!"

Great place to stay! We enjoyed our time at Baymont. Our room was very clean. We had two Queen beds. They were made & very comfortable just like a luxurious hotel. Plenty of pillows. Little to no noise during our stay. Parked right up by the front door. Easy access to everything! Will stay there again!

Our room had numerous electrical outlets with no covers and a broken light with wires exposed. Smell of marijuana in the main lobby and breakfast looked like the leftovers from the day before. Looked like it had been previously renovated but finishing touches were not completed.

My room was nasty the water didn't work couldn't take a shower there was privity parts hair on the toilet the window was broken and open the heat didn't work very unhappy.

"Inexpensive"

Dispensers in the shower were not filled. Breakfast food was not fresh. We got what we paid for. The room was clean, but very hot. We could not get the air unit to cool. Booking, paying and checking in online was very convenient. We knew exactly what we were paying.

Room was really clean and comfortable. Safe area near food ans stores. Blackout shade in room actually keeps sun out. Breakfast was good- eggs, biscuit/gravy, yogurt, muffins, bread, waffle maker, oatmeal packs, apples. Would stay here again.

"Suite Not cleaned….get my money back?"

Well I order the suite and when I got there the suite wasn’t available. I was able to get a one bed room. The Rooms weren’t ready or cleaned I was told. How do I get my money returned for the suite I didn’t get?
