Location

The temperature & smell in the entry & hallways!! The bugs in the room!! 🤮 When we arrived, it was so HOT 🥵 in our room, we had to turn the ac on & leave while it cooled down😡

The timer on the waffle maker didn't work. For a small breakfast it was okay. The location was okay.

A softer second chair would have been appreciated. The mattress made my back hurt.

"Better than average stay for a one night overnight trip!"

Clean and looked up kept!

Lobby had a strange smell to it, but not horrible. Continental breakfast was ok, but the juice machines didn’t work, the refrigerator used instead didn’t seem to be cooling and the idea of open one gallon milk jugs didn’t look sanitary for cross contamination since everyone has the same access. Seems like in today’s culture it would be easy for someone to “spike” it with something to harm others.

Location was fine.

Staff was rude - would not let my other party check in thought we asked about it specifically. WiFi “doesn’t extend to their tv”? Manager not available to answer questions after they were supposed to have arrived. Staff unavailable to check us out. Waited in lobby for 20+ minutes after calling for someone to arrive.
