"A Bit of Disappointment"

Tub would not hold water. OJ and other juice machine was broken.Selection of bottled juices did not include good OJ or Apple Juice. Slow fills on hot breakfast foods.

"Disappointed"

My family was in town for a funeral and it was a very stressful time. The toilet in our room would not flush without lifting the back lid & pressing a button. My son called the front desk & the clerk automatically knew what the issue was and said he would have someone come in the morning to fix the toilet. It was never fixed and I didn’t have time to discuss the issue when we checked out because of the time constraints. Very disappointing stay.
