Location was good and the facility also. The access was very good for our stay Friendly staffs Breakfast was good

Maintain the elevator or renew it ( the door is making metal noise) Have as possible as iron in each room

The staff was friendly and helpful. The building seemed older but clean.

When I booked I put in for a motel near love field and booking .com put me at FFW I had to get a Lyft to the motel. There was no fridge or microwave in the room and the air conditioner was very loud they offered to give me a different room but I did not want to go through the hassle of going to another room for just one night.

The person that answered the phone was friendly, but seemed busy with other things and was not really helpful. Even though I had a booking confirmation number, I was told they had not received my reservation from the Booking.com system (according to her) and therefore they would not send a shuttle to pick me up. She also told me the driver was about to go home for the night, so my only choice would be to take a cab or Uber.

Unfortunately, the shuttle stopped running before 10pm (which wasn't even mentioned on the Booking website), so I never even made it to the property.
