"Non acceptable"

At arrival, they told me that the booking has been cancelled because there was no credit card guaranteed, that I think is impossible with Booking.com. At hte reception they offered me a different room (the last available) at a higher price. I had to look for a different hotel Please verify what has happened and that nothing has been charged on my credit card.

The hotel was empty and i assume it was because of it is horrible. Old, run down, the breakfast was a joke. I checked out 2 days early and got another hotel.

"Decent hotel for the money but expected better."

The staff was super friendly, room was clean and shower worked great.

Elevator was jacked up but functional, pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. Free breakfast was subpar no waffle maker was big disappointment. No eggs bacon or sausage or anything like that.
