Receptionists were very friendly.

Hadn't even unpacked and noticed what appeared to be a flea inside the plastic of one of the drinking cups. Halls are very gloomy and hot. Room was very outdated. Stained carpet. Felt very unsafe there.I had read reasonable reviews but was very disappointed. Cancelled and went elsewhere.

The hotel was in a convent location check in was easy. But soon as I got to the room the door was hard to open a carpet was coming loose from the seam at the door near a wall. The beds were seriously uncomfortable the bathroom walls had cracks near ceiling and when closing the door it didn’t close properly you had to actually push it close. But thankfully I only had to stay one night but there really wasn’t anything for breakfast except waffles and stale cereal

The location is in a good spot. Bathroom was clean, room was clean.

Have two queen beds in there but only get 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash towels. How does that make any sense. 2 to 4 people make that make sense.
