Location to university

The room smelled strongly of mold. I took pictures of the damaged drywall and ceiling. We told the clerk at the front desk and she stated that the owner is aware of the mold. They have obviously just patched and painted over it. The clerk was going to move us to another room but stated that there weren’t any rooms that didn’t smell of mold/weren't affected.

The coziness of the room

You could see into the hallway through the door frame. I couldn’t take a shower because the shower water mechanism was broken off. There was long black hair all over the bathroom. A huge hole was cut out of the carpet.

I never stayed in the room got a refund as soon as I went and looked at the room. Still waiting to get my money back! Front desk smelled like weed and was not helpful on getting my refund

The size of the room and friendly stagf

breakfast was ok but not the best ike old food. The room ac didn't get that cold also the bathroom tub was dirty and the sheets were dirty asked for housekeeping to take out trash never did that
