BEOud gebouw met oude meubels. Ons bed is een massief houten bed met een zware houten hemel-overkapping erboven. Een beetje pompeus, maar speciaal is het wel. Kleren worden gewassen op vraag (gratis service voor wandelaars). Douche was erg goed. Ruime kamer. Matras: heel goed. Ontbijt: heel verzorgd, vers fruit.
Prijs-kwaliteit: goede kwaliteit, maar aan de dure kant. Is waarschijnlijk duur omdat het een erg toeristische plaats is.

BYWe really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout my visit. Breakfast was very delicious. The location is also excellent, making it easy to explore the area
GBOur host Jason was very welcoming and had upgraded our room which was fabulous, we had a lovely four poster bed, a well appointed bathroom with a seaview. A special touch were the four macarons which went down a treat and although it was a nice day Jason had put the heating on to remove the chill from the room. The hotel is well located and parking close by with a bonus of a hot tub which unfortunately we didn't have the time to try however the breakfast we did and that was five star, I absolutely recommend upgrading if you love a cooked breakfast, it's better than the Savoy.

The double room was more like a single room very small.
GBThe location in Lynmouth is great - very central. We loved Lynmouth and Lynton.
There was a lot of black mould around the bathroom window frame and over the shower tiles. We booked the hotel because it stated it was dog friendly. We brought a very well behaved dog and were asked to pay £20 extra- this was not indicated prior to arriving. It seems steep considering it was a basic place and not that clean!
