The rooms was not clean there was mold on the blinds and in the ac in my first room an then my second room that I got transferred to had some mold on the blinds as well

There was always some type of garbage in the halls, Carpet in the room was stained and looked bad. The bathroom door was falling apart. just looked like lack of care and pride!
