Convenient location and only 10min from Bradley airport. The toilet and wash sink looked to be new. They are currently doing renovations and building upgrades.

Requested non smoking and was given a smoking room that reeked of mold and stale cigarettes. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling by the shower and a section of ceiling over the toilet that had been redone but not yet painted. The towel shelving was covered in brown stains. The bed linen had cigarette burns, the mini fridge was mounted on a rickety and unstable shelf that was way too small for it. The floor hadn't been mopped in a while (I had to wash the floor with one of the bath towels in order to be comfortable taking off my shoes or letting my dog lay down). There were holes in the walls behind the beds and no security latch on the door. One of the beds didn't have a headboard, it was just a mattress and bottom frame against the wall. When I requested a different room they told me they didn't have any other rooms available. I didn't have the funds to be able to leave and pay for another room somewhere else on top of paying for this room so I ended up staying but got out of there first thing in the morning. The hotel was listed as pet friendly but when I got there and checked in they changed my reservation from the king size non-smoking to a double full size smoking room. The room was absolutely disgusting and I would never stay there again myself and wouldn't recommend staying if you have a pet. Which is a shame because I saw one of their nicer rooms and hopefully The person reading this review is able to get one of the nicer, cleaner, or recently renovated rooms.
