The bed was reasonably comfortable

Check-in was a joke. First, we were given an non-handicap room. We went back to the front desk, was reassigned a handicapped room, which was already assigned to someone else. Had to go back to the front desk and get another room. The pothole at the entrance that you cannot see almost broke my axle and the potholes in the parking lot, there’s just no excuse. The facility does not have an icemaker. Apparently, even though management doesn’t tell you, you have to know that there are two ice cube trays in the refrigerator filled with water if you need a little ice in the morning. Management does not give any upfront information that a visitor might need. They don’t seem to care about their visitors. The shower curtain barely comes to the top edge of the tub so when taking a shower, of course the floor gets wet. The hot and cold water indicators are reversed. Wasted a lot of water just trying to get hot water. Breakfast seemed to consist of coffee and a chocolate muffin. Haven’t help you if you’re allergic to chocolate. TV remote is a joke. The buttons don’t seem to work very well if at all.

Small bathroom extention cords were easily shorted out and didnt work well. Need more electrical plugs in room.

The price was about all. But you definitely got what you paid for.

It was dirty, pics online were not up to date, nor was description of property. NO BREAKFAST

They promote bfast but no bfast direction take you 15 miles away try calling nobody picked up

It was a place to sleep

We were supposed to have a king bed and we got two full beds so my husband and I had to sleep apart they didn't have breakfast cuz no truck was ordered

Nothing

The carpet was gross. Not even vacuum. Hotel needs to be condemn. No hot water. Everything was broke lights hanging. Exhaust fan sound like it's going to catch fire. The place needs to be shut down. No free breakfast. Not even worth what I paid.

The floors were dirty and sticky. The air conditioner barely worked. The microwave did not work. I asked for the second night to be refunded because we did not stay the night clerk said we would be refunded but I have not yet
