Hallway smelled like mildew room was worse stunk like wet dog and dirty feet never had this issue at this location before

The key card or key card reader on the door did not work to our room

This is an older property in need of some repairs and updates

Nothing, I checked in for 7 days worth of nights and left 20 minutes after I checked in and never got my money back

The price was right. The front desk staff on checkin was helpful. Room was comfortable and bath was clean.

Lots of deferred maintenance and incomplete cleaning. The key swipe for the rear entrance didn't work so i had to prop open the door to load in and out. But cleaning crew removed the prop and i had to walk the whole way around. Signage directing to room blocks was non-existent. Luggage cart was wonky. Towels were cleaned but stained and grey colored. Room was clean but there was a 3-inch wide strip of dust and dirt along the walls, where the vacuujm didn't reach and was months-thick. Dust on the outlet was weeks old. Parking area had hundreds of cigarette butts.
