Room floor was dirty. No furniture in the room. So bright in the room we couldn’t sleep. No iron or ironing board in the room.

The room itself was gorgeous. We had the honeymoon suite. But it was quite expensive so for the price we paid we expected everything to work in the room. Once we got in the room it was determined that the TVs did not work. There was no cable and u were unable to connect your phone. When we called the front desk, they’re reply was yes the cables out and we are not set up for u to connect your phones or WiFi to the TVs. We did not end up staying the night but yet paid

The TVs did not work. We were not told about this during check in. We were not offered a refund and with paying that much money for a room u would expect everything to be working in the room

Stayed in the Jetted Jacuzzi room for 2 days. Room was stayed for 2 adults but did not state at the time of booking that it was 15.00 extra a night for the second person. Adding 30.00 extra dollars to an already over priced room. The room is extremely over priced, not at all as updated as they started. Hot tub has no step to get in it or to get out, causing it to be very hard not to fall. When running makes a horribly loud noise in the bathroom. The sound is so loud you can't hear anything. The bed stunk, and covers smells of cigarettes. Mattress was broken down causing you to roll into the center of the bed. Very hard to sleep that way. The people below had dogs that barked all night and neighbors on each side drinking and playing very loud music. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and nice. The best part of the stay was the conversation with her.

The rooms had no carpeting and very low use, if any, of room spray. The walls had no pictures, etc. So I found that the room was great for my allergies. The room was large with a side table and comfortable chairs. The bed was comfortable and didn't cause back or hip pain. The bathroom was clean. The shower was good. The TV was oversized. I'm 77 with allergies and hip and back problems. This room was ideal for me.

I never got to stay in room. Because my credit card was stolen and fraudulent charges was made on my account. I tried to get a hold of the front desk, and they told me that Dawn Linberg was never there or ever existed, yet the receipt says Dawn Linberg.

Don’t judge a book by its cover! From the outside I was nervous. But OMG! We had room 216 (The honeymoon suite) It has 3 tv’s 3!! So no matter where you are in the room you can see the tv! Softest bed I’ve ever slept in. Super clean!! Amazing staff! Literally from front desk to maintenance, everyone was so nice! My husband and I was truly blessed to come across this establishment. You can tell they care about making it better. I don’t know what it looked like before, but it was so beautiful. Now, unfortunately I can’t just say how amazing it was without letting you know everything, and the lack of management making it right since we paid $358.31 (1 night) for the stuff we got but couldn’t fully use. We got a newer room, and so it wasn’t completely finished (no shower door, so water got all over the floor, so we had to use extra towels to soak up the water, and unfortunately our jacuzzi was leaking from the bottom, so we didn’t get to use it like we would have liked. And we had to use more towels.) but once they fix those minor issues I would give this hotel a 10/10. Im not sure the maintenance guy’s name, but he was so amazing, he caught us before we left, we showed him the tub, he apologized repeatedly, and appreciated our feedback and never got rude. We will definitely stay there again whenever we would be in that area. Definitely give them a try!! It is stunning!!!

We absolutely love staying at Envi. Great experience every time we've stayed. Super clean. We definitely have plans to stay again soon. Very convenient location with all the restaurants on the strip. Breakfast is always hot and fresh! Staff is always super helpful and friendly!
