The facility itself... The cleanliness...

Breakfast quality has went down, from how it was a few months back.. bring it back, and everything will be excellent with fresh apples and oranges..😊

Inexpensive and staff was friendly.

No coffee in the room, the breakfast was toast.... just toast.... not cool when they have pictures of more. Old building, the bathroom door doesn't even close.

It was close to the tennis event at Baylor and Magnolia Silos.

Too much road noise, Inefficient WiFi, cannabis all down the hall, room had tv on with open bottles of water, should have looked at ratings before booking! Very loud neighbors.
