Construction in front of room... dirty... no soap or even bathroom floor mat. Complained to manager... they did not even apologize!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Room didn’t have soap or rags. People hanging out in the parking lot after dark. Breakfast was not very good.

they don't let people know ahead of time when they have a breaking in and they don't have your room ready on time of check in and they also expect you to pay an extra $100 for any damages.It was very bad service

The tv did not work & wouldn’t turn on, the toilet seat was missing pieces, the staff wasn’t able to give us a key card to our door because they stated it was not working, we did not have any towels in our room. it was stated on the listing that a crib would be available, it was not. there is also no free breakfast.

This may have been on me as i usually like a hotel with a hot tub. The impartial review No elevator. No refrigerators in the rooms nor microwave. Everything looks old and unkempt. I asked about rooms in the other hotel across the parking lot. The helpful man at the desk gave me a free upgrade to their suite room. The mini fridge froze everything. Tv in living room, not in bedroom. Tiles in kitchen and bathroom floor cracked and broken. Jacuzzi couldnt get enough hot water to fill half way. Drawers missing from bedroom furniture. Breakfast was cold cereal and yogurt. Couch was comfy. Would not stay here again.
