Super 8 by Wyndham Colorado Springs Airport

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. When I go to the room online, I specifically asked for a room on the Second Story because I’m a single small female by myself and wanted to feel safer on the Second Story. Away from all the ruckus, I specifically noted this when I booked the room. I got in late and there was nobody even at the hotel. I had to go across the street past crowds of people, it was terrifying. Then I found my room on the first story right by the entrance and it was constant noise all night, the entrance doors were banging on the walls as they opened and closed, the door didn’t shut the whole way, the handle was broken, the safety was not up to par. I was too afraid to even leave the room to go out to my car to get the things that I needed. So I stayed in my room all night and clipped my blinds shut because they didn’t reach otherwise, with my carabiner on my car keys.

I didn’t like how the woman gave me the room on the first story right by the entranceway after I specified in my notes that I needed to be on the Second Story away from all the noise. But I was put in the noisiest spot. There were people coming in and out all night, loud noises crowds of people in the utility room directly beside my bedroom kept me up all night long! At 5 o’clock in the morning, they were loading the machines and I had to get up out of bed and bang on the walls to get them to stop being so loud! I typically don’t like to complain, but it was a terrible experience. The door handle on the inside of my door hung down and was not fully in place. There was a large gap at the bottom of the door like the door didn’t fit the jam and could easily be broken into.

Nothing

Everything. Bed bugs, next to no employees, room was trashed, area was ghetto & the “complementary” breakfast was crap & was charged for two nights when only stayed one.

Good price for money

My room 20 mins after checking in started smelling like gas, because the maintenance was doing something and mechanical room was in front of my doors. When I asked to change the room due to that, I heard from manager that if I don’t like something I can check out. Overall fine
