"很棒的體驗"

房間很乾淨，注重環保，景觀很好！ 早餐份量稍微少了一點，但是非常好吃！ 美中不足的就是房間有點小，加上放東西的地方有限，有些東西只能放在地上。 櫃檯接待的人非常親切，給人感覺很舒服。

很適合渡假的好住宿 除了在地一早就有炮聲隆隆的吵雜，無敵海景 不過發現房間裡都會有類似螞蟻還有會飛的蟲類，這是唯一的問題

以四人房內部空間來說 室內空間偏侷促 除了床位 室內沒有能好好四個人一起坐下來的空間 只能去坐戶外陽台 附的早餐擺盤用心 但多半都是甜食跟澱粉 對於不習慣一早吃甜食的旅客 可能需要再適應～～

環境優美，房間都有陽台可以看海景，雖房間不大也沒電視但能好好享受馬祖美景與放鬆氣氛，早餐很精緻，櫃檯人員服務也很好，來馬祖南竿首選住宿

清水模建築很有質感，環境舒服， 四人房空間略小但不到擁擠， 枕頭跟床的品質略差。 地理位置好，北海坑道上方，視野開闊， 早餐素食為主 套餐搭配很有特色， 服務親切不多也不少， 入住時間遇到家人的農曆生日當天， 免費提供房間簡單生日佈置， 並贈送好吃的小蛋糕， 入住三天兩夜，整體過程開心、難忘。
