No breakfast, even though they said there was no refrigerator in the room.\nNo elevator stairway in hallways carpets look like they never been cleaned or vacuum

Booking market breakfast but they did not have one and no even a words of apology! So booking has to be better on market the hotel the wrong way The hotel is dirty the room was better the hotel has broken pipe of air conditioning leaking water from the corridor ceiling

We had stains on bedding and a hole in our floor

We rented 2 rooms. The first one smelled like a bathroom, and the carpet throughout the entire room was old, smelly, and ripped in multiple places. The second had a bathroom with several small cockroach-like bugs and many other insects in the room. They don’t provide breakfast, the elevator never worked, and it seemed like the hallways had never seen a vacuum cleaner—there was even a piece of dog poop on the stairs.
