Parking lot.

It smells bad, the hall carpets are filthy and smell bad, no free breakfast as advertised and the coffee was sub par.

I did not like anything about this property!!

Everything! It was disgusing!!! The room smelled like mold, dirty walls, dirty top sheet

My reservation said breakfast was included, but when I went to reception they only told me it was coffee only.

The staff was very helpful and making proper accommodations

Your room was clean and I did not see any bugs or roaches

Proximity to travel location.

Infestation of roaches and filth of facility.

Stayed for a week and had to finally buy our own trash bags to empty our own trash, asked repeatedly for toilet tissue, no cleaning.

The new AC unit. That's it... Oh, and maybe the church with the coffee shop next door.

Overall I have to give it a 1 star, even though the location is great and the price was sweet.. but you get what you pay for! We arrived after check-in but the room wasn't ready. In fact, our room was flooded from the wash room next to it, the AC wasn't on, and the hallway was completely soggy with standing water in the carpet. If you walked over it, you could hear it sloshing. Not good. No "wet floor" or "caution" signs or cones. Unsafe. We had a King Size reserved, but were moved to a Queen Size with no discount. That would have been okay, I guess, but... Roaches, the smell of skunk weed marijuana in a non-smoking room and hallway, and carpet that hadn't seen a steam cleaner in a few decades... Well, it literally stunk in there. Dirty carpets that need replacement.. it made my white socks turn black to walk across the room.. if you crossed the room bare footed, there was visible black gunk coming off your feet in the shower. The carpet smells like foot fungus. The ONLY positive was an apparent new AC unit in the room that kept it icy. Oh, and did I mention roaches? There was a dead roach frozen in the freezer of the mini-fridge, and nightly new visitors in the shower and around the toilet and sink. Next time I'm thinking twice about the inexpensive price. Disgusting! The picture? A pleasant wall decoration in the room... Definitely not the view! There were literally people at the back door that offered us a hit of their drugs. Don't stay here unless you've got a strong immune system and no fear.
