Americas Best Value Inn Pittsburg

Our room towels and bed sheets were stained. Shower floor was slippery. Breakfast choices while free were not worth while. Our smoke detector had a plastic bag over it and fell out leaving it hanging.

Very poor house cleaning. Gone all.day, came back & the room wasn't cleaned, plus the trash was still in the trash cans, no clean towels or bedding. Breakfast area was small, not stocked very well, not much food for breakfast. Had trouble getting the TV to turn on the first night, it wasn't plugged into the electrical outlet. Not sure if I would visit this hotel again, very disappointed.

Breakfast was minimal, some fixtures need repair, Air conditioning unit knobs had no indication marks left on it, could tell if you where turning up or down

There’s nothing unique about this hotel. The bed mattresses are hard you only get 5/6 channels on there direct TV platform. There isn’t a phone in the room to call the front desk. They have a ring door bell to reach staff members at the front desk. And they are hardly behind the desk. Check bathrooms for cigarette butts I found one over the shower which tells me they either planted it there to charge me for smoking in the room or they just don’t clean the showers very well. This just my experience but the staff was very friendly.

The room initially looked clean but when I pulled the covers off the bed there were black hairs all over the sheets.

Breakfast is not good. Stayed here before, and it is getting worse. Location is good.

Breakfast. We have stayed here before. It is getting dirty. We noticed this stay that the carpet in our room was very dirty. Wife made the mistake of walking around in bare feet. Bottoms of her feet was extremely dirty. My socks were once white now are black on the bottom. Gross. Other people staying there were very loud. Smelled pot in the hallway, and someone was playing loud music. Went to the office to complain the person on duty didn't understand what I was saying.

Funny smells in the hallway. Staff was very hard to locate.
