USWe had an absolute great stay here! Was greeted with great service when we arrived, and check in was quick and easy. The gentleman even gave my daughter a rice crispy treat at check in which definitely made her happy. Room was extremely clean, which I appreciate so much. The staff made sure to check in with us as well to make sure our stay was going good. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. They even have life jackets, floaties, and other pool toys for the kiddos to play with. Such a perfect touch! A great selection of breakfast as well. We plan on coming back to Watertown throughout the summer as we have family here, and will definitely be back to stay here!
USHousekeeping was never done while there. I was there 3 days used the same towels for showering. Trash never picked up. Had to ask for new sheets and make the bed myself. Put the card on the bed as stated on the card for this service..but when Housekeeping doesn't come in I guess they wouldn't know..
USUSThis is very good pet hotel. There is plenty of green space and the staff is very welcoming, of dogs.
USThere was not one good thing about this hotel. will never be staying again.
Booked a nonsmoking room, first room we got in to was a very heavy smoke smell so switched room and was no better. Couple of my teammates came over before we went out to eat because we met at the hotel and the hotel front desk pounded with question on how many people were in the room. question after question. then when you needed something, they were nowhere to be found. Will never be staying again.
