The location, 2nd floor room. The bed was comfortable.

The deposit of $50 that I wasn't' informed of until I got there to check-in. The neighboring rooms were loud and disruptive. The room had holes in the walls, some with a bad patching job. The channels that were unavailable, no music, or good selection of movie channels. Then, the 3-5 days to get my deposit back, when I wasn't aware of in the first place.

Smelled like drugs, and I'm fairly certain there were prostitutes coming in and out. The water pressure was crap, and the towels were made of a super thin material. I almost fell getting out of the shower, and the toilet was really small.
