Looked like a slum lord place we were actually scared!! Furniture piled up in front of the windows inside!! Curtains were all messed up at all windows as we looked in!!

Evidence of drugs in the room, stains on the beds and curtains, and half the pillows did not have a pillowcase. The room clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Did not stay there, tried to get a refund, but PROPERTY OWNER REFUSED!! Great hotel if your looking for a place to use hard drugs.

We pulled up and the entire front of the building had weeds, indicating no upkeep. Were given our first room, and the air conditioner didn't work and we have a grandson with asthma and room was stagnant smelling. I went to front desk and she took us to the next one. We couldn't put our freezer packs in the freezer section of the refrigerator as it was completely covered with frost with a frozen water bottle stuck in the middle. Mold was on the rubber seal. The carpet upon entry was ripped and could cause tripping. We got the kids settled for bed and the sheets were clean and pillows flat. Minor. In the morning the shower didn't work. We loaded up and I went to the front desk to inform them we weren't staying the second night. She never came out to the desk counter and we talked via the desk phone. She said the shower did work and I told her my husband is a plumber and it did not. She told me they didn't do refunds and we had to go through our booking. We found another hotel and did not stay at Pipestone OYO the second night. They also had a dirty mop propped in one stairwell and a vacuum cleaner in another. Could use better housekeeping.

The walls had holes, bedding was not clean, shower had black mold along the tub. No microwave in the room.
This place is a mess. My family stayed here for a weekend we were in Pipestone. It was the only hotel with rooms available when we booked a few months back. We booked online through Hotels.com, the Inn then also took our credit card when we checked in at 9:00 pm. The lobby was uninviting. The room was run down. There was hair in the shower, hair on the lamp, a stain on the sheets. The mini fridge was frozen over. I could hear people watching TV across the hall and someone cough in the room next to us, so I am sure the whole hotel could hear my toddlers cry. The worst part is after leaving, we were charged a no show fee because we showed up after 4:00, the check in time. What in the world!? We tried calling them and they would transfer us and then just hang up, several times. We tried contacting where we booked through and they can not work it out with the Inn either. The cleaning crew is bad. The management is worse.
The bed was comfortable. The lights did not work above the sink. The bathtub sink leaked and there was a large tar like stain in the middle of the floor.
