Personal was never at front desk.
USIt was convenient and secure. Bed and furniture were comfortable.
The lobby was quite messy, giving a poor first impression. The room-deposit procedure was awkward and confusing.
This is the worst place I have stayed at.
Scheduled to stay for 4 days over the 4th of July. When we drove up, we knew we were in trouble. Run down, badly in need of repairs, from outside it looked like the it should be condemned. Rooms were slightly better, but exposed wiring in hallways, cameras dangling from walls. But I'll never rent from ANY OYO property ever again because despite the condition, they refused any refund of ALL four days Still deciding whether it would be worth suing for fraud.
Hotel entrance was filthy Had not been swept ever. Room had terrible smell ! Awful experience.
Sheets stained. Rags stuffed on side of ac unit. Unpatched wall in bathroom. Ended up finding another place to stay as we were grossed out
USUSRegina is the sweetest person on the planet! Our rooms were clean and we were very well taken care of. I stayed with my family (mom and brother) we booked two rooms. My brother has autism and Regina was so nice and helpful. Our T.V was having issues and Regina helped right away and made sure my brother was okay and satisfied before leaving. With autism different environments can be very stressful and the T.V usually helps him stay in a normal routine. This was not our first time staying here and the last time we were here we experienced the same level of customer service which was above and beyond. We cannot fully put in words how grateful we are for Regina and how comfortable she made us feel during our stay. We would always return and recommend Oyo (Pipestone Inn) to others. Very old and dirty.
it was not like the pictures in the add when booking.i waited 15 minutes before someone helped me.our hot room smelled really musty carpet was nasty shower curtain had mold and rust on bottom. bed was hard and pillows were flat.windows on way in front door were dirty.the tile around hot tub were cracked and wiped down around hottub floor was really dirty. vent on air conditioner was broken and dirty. no microwave , broken frig seal and frozen over.tv stations just kept buffering while watching it, ugh total disaster! i was not happy at all for the price i pd a night was very disappointing 😔. plus never got a receipt cause comp.wasnt getting signal. better get my$50.00 deposit back maybe then some! not happy at all. hot tub was dirty when started it up also.
